In order to qualify for same day shipping, orders must be placed before 2:30 pm EST. All non-urgent orders ship within 24-48 hours of receiving them.

Dispatch may get delayed owing to unforeseeable circumstances or product unavailability. Customer will be informed accordingly and the next possible delivery date conveyed. 

Express shipping charge is always an estimated figure. In case the actual cost calculates to more than the estimated, customer shall be informed of the same and approval taken. 

Returns Policy

At Patient-Room we stock top grade products and stand by our quality. But in case the customer wants to return an item after it is delivered, we have a customer-friendly returns policy for that.

Returns Terms

  • Only those products will be accepted back which are in new, resalable condition and in their original packing along with parts and accessories.
  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • No returns will be honored after 30 days of order fulfillment.
  • Customer will pay the return shipping charges unless the merchandise received was defective, damaged, not what was ordered or there was a shipping error on our end.
  • Outbound shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • 15% restocking fee will be deducted. 
  • $7.99 will be deducted on orders with free shipping.

Patient-Room is committed regarding the returns policy but reserves the rights to make adjustments due to errors, evolving market situations, items discontinuation as well as misleading images. For instance, product image may show an accessory which is not an actual part of the item.

How to Return

Step 1: Go to My Account page and submit Return Request. Alternately, contact Customer Service at 844-490-2625/203-616-2850 or send email to

Step 2: Get a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from Customer Service. Go to My Account and then Order History. Click on Return Order and fill up the form with details of the order and submit it. RA# will arrive in the email within 2-3 business days.

Step 3: Write RA# on the label of the package to be dispatched. Orders returned without RA# will be entitled to receiving only In-Store Credit that can be used towards future purchases. In case customer does not have an email ID, alternative arrangements shall be made to issue RA#.

Step 4: Customer should provide Return Tracking Number for speedy process. 

Refund Process

Refund procedure takes around 3 to 4 weeks. First the returned item has to be reviewed. Then the refund will be transferred to the customer’s credit card. If the customer has paid by check he will get the refund by check.


All items cannot be returned. Patient-Room has restrictions because of health and safety reasons. Non-returnable items are:

  • All hygienic items.
  • Opened personal care items.
  • Anything opened, used or tried-on.

Those items which bear the following symbols are treated as non-returnable:
